Building a Legacy

An Italian immigrant, Amalio De Cotiis arrives in Vancouver in the late 1950′s without a penny to his name.    Starts a landscaping company, and with the help of mentors – becomes a property developer and ends up building a business that changes the skyline of Vancouver.     This story was featured on the Biography Channel eight times.
